Shai Hope will lead the West Indies ODI side in Pakistan while Nicholas Pooran will commander the T20I group after Kieron Pollard neglected to recuperate on schedule for the restricted overs series. Kieron Pollard is battling with a hamstring injury, which he got during the ICC T20 World Cup 2021.

Allrounder Rovman Powell will join the T20I side instead of Pollard while Devon Thomas has been named in the ODI side. West Indies will begin their visit with a T20I on December 13 and play two additional games in the configuration on December 14 and 16 individually.
